The 3-Stage Process

Fill out our quick, tailored form which sends to us all of the information we need to establish a contact with you and your business, discuss pricings and how you want your website to be structured (template website designs to choose from), all in preparation for the development stage of your website. Payments are expected to be made at this stage, before development takes place.

Development

With all the information gathered, your site will be developed as soon as possible, with mockups and updates regarding your service being sent throughout the process, allowing you to make changes as you wish. If you have already paid for extras, these will be completed before the site goes live, or they can be paid for post-launch. You will be able to view the final product before it's made public.

Site Live

Once you are ready, the files for the site will be uploaded to our hosting service, you will recieve an email with information regarding how to request updates, articles on how to edit yourself and information regarding your subscription and what will happen going forward. We will also be available to support you in growing your business, offering extra services which can heavily increase engagement.

After your payment, we will begin the development process right away. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your site is dependent on the complexity of the project. However, we aim to get everything ready for you within 7 days, beating many other web agencies who take weeks or even months for the simplest of sites. We will keep in touch throughout the entire process, letting you know what is left to complete until your site is ready.

You are charged monthly to cover all of the hosting, domain fees, website maintenence and dedicated number of hours spent towards your website. The monthly plan starts at £20/mo for "Basic Care", with options of £35/mo for "Boosted Care" and £60/mo for our "YRL+ Care" plan to become a Yearl Media partner and gain access to multiple exclusive features, which can be found on the pricing page.

There's no problem at all! If anything, this helps us understand your business even better and lets us extract some of that information and display it on a newer, modern looking website. We will simply take a look at your current site, put it alongside your demands for the new site and merge them to fit your needs while keeping crucial information or articles you have on the older site. Simply let us know in the contact form and we will use it to design your new and improved site.

Yes, the domain will be registered in your name if you don't have one already. If you already have a domain, I will talk you through the steps to redirect it to the hosting service to get your domain synced up and live with the website. If you do not have a domain, I will work with you to find one you like (subject to availability) and register the details with the information of you/your business, however I will manage the domain. If you wish to cancel your subscription, I will happily transfer the domain to you for no extra charge, making you responsible for renewals and future configuration.
